Group Portrait

For my group portrait I am going to be photographing my 4 beautiful nephews and nieces.
I havent asked that the kids wear anything in particular I am leaving that upto my sister in law. I am going to have the kids sitting and have them on either a black or a white backgroungd depending on what the kids are wearing. I am going to have the two eldest boys Lenny and James sitting either side of there sister and have Tiana and have Tiana holding their nany brother Ricky.
For my lighting set up I am going to have a light seperating them from the bacground and a softbox on either side of them so the lighting is even across all of them.

Creative Portrait idea 2 propsal

Incase my first idea does not goto plan I have come up with a second option. I am going to do a portrait for the magazine cover Pregnancy.
For this image I am going to use a friend of mine who is almost due to have her baby. Amys baby has been a blessing and has changed her life. I would like my portrait to show how precious this little gift is and that she has so much love from her mum already.
I am going to have a bow with the words love on the tag which will be wrapped around amys belly. I am gong to use a black background and I am going to have amy wearing all black and have a pink or white ribbon.
I am going to have a tungsten light facing left directly on Amy and I want one side of Amy to be in the light and one side to be in shadow.

Creative Portrait Proposal 1

My creative portrait image is going to be for an animal magazine called best friends.
I am going to photograph a friend of mine and his dog. The story that I am trying to tell in this image is the love people have for their animals. Sunny the dog in the photograph is an american pitbull and many people tend to think that these dogs are 'dangerous' I also would like my portrait to show that Sunny is a loving caring dog that is harmless.
In this image I am going to have Pino give Sunny the dog a piggy back. I wanted the image to be something different and when Pino gives Sunny a piggy back it shows the good relationship between pet and owner and it is a bit of fun.

For my lighing set up I am going to have a tungsten light camera right and have Pino facing the light but sideways. I am going to have a reflector to my left to put more light on Pino and Sunnys faces.

Corporate Proposal

For my corpoarte shot my model will be in casual business clothing, instead of wearing a suit I have asked him to wear suit pants a dressy shirt and a tie.
I still want the image to look professional but also casual.

For this shoot I am going to have a tungsten light to camera right and a small light at the back facing the model to seperate him from the background. I may use a reflector as well to bring in light onto my models face.

For this shot I have used two lights I had a small light behind this was facing Weeze's bacvk to create rim lighting. I have then used a tungsten to the right of camera and in some of them I also used a silver reflector to create more light on Weeze's face.
